We do not intentionally clutter our space. Life can be complicated sometimes and we simply do not have the time, or the energy to tidy up regularly. At some point, it might become overwhelming! That is why it's important to find a balance that works for you and your lifestyle to maintain a comfortable and functional living or working space.
Do some research and you will find that decluttering may be conducive to a healthier lifestyle.
Some studies show that the less busy your space is, the less stressed out you will be, which will result in increased productivity.
